Responsibilities

We are currently seeking an experienced EHS Coordinator tojoin the team at Ballarat depot. In this role, you will support the implementation andcontinuous improvement of EHS and Rail Safety management systems across theproject. Working closely with project and operations teams, you will helpensure strong safety governance, compliance and a positive safety culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Supportthe development and maintenance of EHS and Rail Safety plans, procedures,systems and documentation.
- Monitorsafety performance, risks, incidents, KPIs and actions, ensuring timelyclose-out and reporting.
- Conductaudits and support compliance with EHS legislation,



ISO 45001/14001 and projectrequirements.
- Partnerwith project teams and safety committees to promote consultation, communicationand strong safety governance.
- Drivecontinuous improvement through safety initiatives, training, campaigns,knowledge sharing and best-practice implementation.

Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Certificate IV in Work Health &Safety; (WHS) or equivalent.
- A valid Construction Industry Card.
- 2+ years' experience in field-basedEHS/WHS roles implementing safety management systems.
- Experience developing, implementingand monitoring risk management tools.
- Strong understanding of safetymanagement systems, compliance and risk management.
- A proactive approach to identifyingrisks and driving continuous improvement.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, operational environment.
