Pakka Jacks is seeking two Mechanical Leads to support field work across mining sites on the East and West Coasts. This hands-on leadership role requires practical mining experience, solid mechanical capability and the ability to lead from the front with customers and site teams.
You will manage planning, readiness of equipment, and safe execution of lifting tasks while mentoring team members and maintaining safety and quality throughout operations.
