Tahbilk Group is seeking a commercially minded National Business Manager – Retail & Distributor to lead our national trading relationships with Endeavour, Coles and Aldi and to drive distributor performance across our network.

You will develop customer strategies, lead negotiations on pricing and terms, and collaborate with Marketing, Production, Supply Chain and Finance to deliver profitable growth. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll shape a high-impact commercial agenda for our wine business.
