We are seeking a highly driven and customer-focused individual to join our MyTrust team in the role of Customer Service Officer. In this role, you will bring exceptional person-centred skills as the first point of contact for our customers and a gateway to participants in achieving their goals.
The role will be a 12-month maximum term contract working full-time, Monday to Friday within our Head Office located in Coniston. You will join a dynamic and friendly team of professionals and work collaboratively with operational leaders to provide exceptional service to our customers.
As a team member within the MyTrust team you will:
- Engage with participants to establish their NDIS plans with The Disability Trust’s services.
- Liaise with stakeholders with regard to rostering and budgeting.
- Interpret legal documentation and reports to maximise client plans.
- Review and update information and provision of supporting documentation.
- Manage administrative aspects of the NDIS participant relationship.
The annual salary for this role is between $80,000 and $85,700 (plus superannuation) dependent upon relevant experience and qualification.
About you
- Experience in a similar role within the Community Services or relevant industry, working within a large team.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills with a positive, empathetic and professional attitude.
- Solid analytical, financial and process-oriented skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively manage client enquiries.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and liaise with operational leaders and support services.
- Understanding and knowledge of NDIS funding requirements is desired, but not essential.
