We're looking for an ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant who enjoys building relationships, developing business, and making a genuine impact within the healthcare sector.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle
- Building and maintaining relationships with healthcare clients
- Identifying and engaging top healthcare talent
- Conducting candidate interviews and assessments
- Managing job briefs and recruitment campaigns
- Negotiating placements and delivering exceptional service
- Growing your own desk and client portfolio
