Our client is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support several large-scale technology and business transformation initiatives within a complex enterprise environment. This is a 12-month fixed term contract with possibility of extension.
You will support major programs across HCM, procurement and contract management transformation, including current enterprise platform implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide coordination support to Program Directors, Project Managers and project teams
- Support monthly project financial cycles, including invoices, purchase orders, reconciliations and variance reporting
- Coordinate governance reporting and prepare Steering Committee packs
- Maintain project schedules, RAID logs, action registers and reporting
- Coordinate meetings, workshops and stakeholder forums, including minutes and follow-up actions
- Manage project documentation and reporting requirements
- Support process improvements across project delivery activities
Key Requirements
- 3-5+ years' experience in project or program coordination
- Strong project financial administration, reporting and reconciliation experience
- Experience preparing governance and Steering Committee reporting
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident stakeholder engagement across business and technology teams
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced project environment
