Are you the person a creative studio can't function without? At Noisy | iD Group, our Studio Manager is the engine room of everything we make, keeping the work accurate, on-brand and on time, every single day.

You bring deep expertise in design production, layout and finished art, and you genuinely love the craft of keeping projects moving. You'll work closely with designers, art directors, creatives and account teams to deliver work that looks great and performs, across print, digital and content. You're also curious about where the industry is heading and keen to bring new tools and technology into how the studio operates.

Day to day, you'll run the studio's operations, mentor team members, and make sure every file and layout meets the highest standard. It's a role for someone calm, organised and detail-obsessed, who thrives on pace and precision in equal measure.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

- Overseeing design production across campaigns, branding, social, OOH, POS and print
- Delivering finished art and press-ready files with precision
- Briefing and supporting external suppliers, retouchers and freelancers
- Managing internal workflow systems and priorities (Scoro, Asana, Teams, SharePoint)
- Reviewing, signing off and releasing creative output across your allocated clients
- Keeping an eye on consistency,



brand alignment and layout quality across everything that goes out the door
- Mentoring junior designers and production staff, and building a studio culture people are proud to be part of
- Managing studio resourcing, supplier costs and budgets in partnership with the General Manager
- And sometimes jumping on the tools as needed, you love to keep your own design skills fresh

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

- 6-7 years' experience in creative studio or agency production environments
- Expert understanding of design, print and digital production
- Exceptional attention to detail, layout consistency and brand alignment
- Solid communication, time management and workflow coordination skills
- A calm, collaborative and confident presence, even under pressure
- A genuine passion for craft, process and creative precision
- Experience across integrated agency environments where creative, PR and digital come together would be a bonus!
