The Wine Bar (The International) in Sydney's CBD is seeking an experienced Venue Manager to lead our front-of-house team across a premium, high-volume operation, from corporate lunches to large wine events.

Working with the General Manager and Sommelier team, you will maintain luxury service standards, recruit and develop staff, and coordinate guest experiences while upholding our award-winning wine program.
