The Company is seeking a Head of Payroll to join their team. The successful candidate will be a senior leader with a strong background in payroll, combining technical expertise with skills in people leadership, process improvement, and stakeholder management. Key responsibilities for this role include leading and managing the end-to-end payroll function to ensure accurate and timely processing, providing leadership and development to the payroll team, and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and obligations. The Head of Payroll will also be tasked with overseeing governance, controls, reconciliations, and reporting, as well as driving continuous improvement in systems and processes.Applicants for the Head of Payroll position at the company should have significant experience in a similar role within a medium to large organization. The role requires excellent stakeholder engagement skills,



a strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, and a proven track record in managing and inspiring a payroll team. Experience in delivering payroll transformation and system implementation projects is highly valued, particularly with large systems such as Dayforce, Ichris, and SAP. The ideal candidate will have a high level of attention to detail and a strong commitment to payroll accuracy and compliance, and will be responsible for driving the implementation of new software from the RFP to execution stage.
