Ink Recruitment is recruiting a Compliance Director to lead compliance for the Australian arm of a global digital finance business. You’ll own AML, sanctions, regulatory strategy, and AFSL obligations across AUSTRAC and regulators, with a hands-on gap analysis and framework build.

Based in Sydney CBD with hybrid work, you’ll report to the Group CRO and collaborate with UK, EU and APAC teams. A bank-grade control workplace is essential for a fast-growth setting.
