Trippas White Group is a leading hospitality company, which operates from premium locations such as the Sydney Opera House, and Centennial Parklands as well as various educational settings and schools across Australia.

Hours:

Different shifts available, flexible across 7 days a week.

n

3pm to 8pm

n

Opportunity for ongoing direct employment

What you'll do:

n

n
- Assisting the chef in the preparation and cooking of food, as required (Sandwiches, salads etc.)
n
- Washing and cleaning of all cutlery, crockery, kitchen utensils and glassware.
n
- Ensuring all food areas are clean and sanitary
n
- Assist in safe removal of rubbish and recycling of both wet and dry kitchen waste
n




- Assist in the secure transportation of trollies and other equipment around the kitchen and service areas
n
- Handling, sorting and distributing food items in school canteen setting
n
- Other kitchen duties as required and requested
n
- Turning over tables and resetting for the next day
n

About You:

n

n
- A passion for great food!
n
- Experience working as a Kitchen Hand is essential
n
- Possess a Food Handling Certificate
n
- Capacity to work as part of a team with excellent communication skills
n
- Ability to follow directions and safety requirements
n
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
