Experienced educator qualities we are looking for:

n

n
- a positive, bubbly and patient individual who is committed to being a positive role model for children
n
- confidence with leading a room (3-5 years)
n
- confidence with building positive and respectful relationships with children, families and team members
n
- excellent communication skills - verbal and written
n
- robust knowledge and understanding / practice of the EYLF
n
- knowledge and understanding of programming and planning in accordance to developmental milestones
n
- knowledge and understanding of inclusive practices
n
- eagerness to lead a room and implement school readiness routine and experiences for children
n
- ability to create quality learning experiences for children
n
- ideal candidate will have had previous leadership experience and open to a room leader role
n

n

ECT qualities we are looking for:

n

n
- experience with implementing and leading an early childhood program
n
- strong knowledge and understanding of the Developmental Milestones for children
n
- experience with supporting and mentoring educators in a positive and proactive way
n
- confidence in partnering with families to better support a child's learning journey
n
- availability to work in direct contact with children (preschool room)
