ROLE PURPOSE

Are you a high-performing B2B sales professional with proven commercial, relationship management, and account management skills? We are seeking an established Account Manager to support our critical Back-to-School period, leverage deep industry and data-driven insights to actively drive market growth.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with the assigned customer portfolio, highlight Winc's unique value proposition to key decision makers and utilise insights to deliver relevant customer development plans and achieve retention targets.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Manage customer retention and contract profitability
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships
- Support customer growth and share-of-wallet opportunities
- Manage the customer lifecycle and sales activity effectively
- Use data and insights to develop tailored customer solutionsli>




- Maintain knowledge of Winc products, systems, and value proposition
- Adhere to all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements
