We’re looking for a high-energy Sales Team Leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, lives for results, and knows how to bring out the absolute best in people.

What you’ll own every day
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be right in the action:

Call floor leadership
Keep the energy high and the team accountable — ensuring consultants are active, focused, and making calls when not completing approved admin.

KPI tracking & accountability
Own the numbers in real time. Monitor individual and team performance across key metrics like meetings booked, brochures sent, and jobs won.

Quote quality assurance
Spot-check outgoing quotes to ensure accuracy, correct pricing, and completion of all required fields.

Referral database coaching
Coach the team to maximise opportunities within the referral database — turning contacts into meetings, brochures, and wins.

Quote call coaching
Work side-by-side with your team on quote calls, driving a strong close rate and a “win-all” mentality.

Call recording & feedback




Review calls regularly and deliver structured, actionable feedback that genuinely improves performance.

Inbox management
Ensure all enquiries and inboxes are cleared daily — no missed opportunities.

Culture & energy
Set the tone for a high-performance, high-energy sales floor where wins are celebrated and standards stay high.

What you bring

- Proven experience leading or supervising a sales team in a high-volume, phone-based environment

- A natural coach — you’re passionate about developing people and lifting performance

- Strong leadership presence without micromanaging — you lead by example

- The ability to analyse sales calls and deliver feedback that actually changes behaviour

- Confidence working with data, KPIs, and performance metrics

- A high-accountability mindset — you don’t accept excuses, you drive outcomes

- Energy, positivity, and a competitive edge that lifts the whole team

(Experience in property, financial services, or professional services is a bonus — not essential.)
