Working a 2:1 FIFO roster ex Perth, you'll provide essential administrative support to our site Plant and Maintenance team, helping keep the people, systems, documentation and day-to-day activities behind a substantial heavy earthmoving fleet running smoothly.

About the role
n
As Plant Administrator, you'll provide day-to-day administrative support to the site Plant and Maintenance team, working closely with the Workshop Supervisor and broader project team.
n
You'll help coordinate the administrative requirements associated with the project's plant and equipment, including documentation, reporting, invoices, records and general support to ensure the maintenance function operates efficiently.
n
The role requires someone who is organised, comfortable managing competing priorities and able to build strong working relationships with both operational and project personnel.
n
What you'll be doing
n
n
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Plant and Maintenance team
n
- Maintain plant, maintenance and project records and documentation
n
- Assist with document control, filing and archiving requirements
n
- Process and manage invoices, purchase documentation and associated administration
n
- Assist with the preparation and monitoring of plant and maintenance reports and KPIs
n
- Maintain accurate records relating to plant and equipment activities
n
- Assist with timesheets, data entry and general administrative requirements
n
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes and other documentation as required
n
- Support the Workshop Supervisor and maintenance team with day-to-day administrative requirements
n
- Liaise with project personnel,
suppliers and internal stakeholders to obtain required information and documentation
n
- Ensure records and information are accurate, current and maintained in accordance with project requirements
n
- Provide general administrative support across the site Plant function as required
n
n
Your skills and experience
n
n
- Previous experience in an administration role within construction, mining, resources, plant maintenance or a similar operational environment
n
- Previous Plant or Maintenance administration experience will be highly regarded
n
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy site environment
n
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records
n
- Good computer skills and proficiency across Microsoft Office applications
n
- Experience with document control, invoicing, purchase orders, timesheets or maintenance administration will be highly regarded
n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
- Ability to work effectively with operational, maintenance and project personnel
n
- A proactive and practical approach to problem solving
n
- Previous FIFO or Pilbara project experience will be highly regarded
n
- Construction White Card
n
- Valid C Class driver's licence
n
- Ability to work a 2:1 FIFO roster ex Perth
n
