Catholic Education Tasmania is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to support Principals, leaders and managers across the state with expert ER advice.

Reporting to the Senior Employee Relations Advisor, you will interpret agreements, employment legislation and policies, handle complex ER matters, coach leaders, and contribute to policy development and improvements across CET’s People Services. Occasional travel within Tasmania is expected.
