The Senior Research Officer (EPIWATCH DevOps) at UNSW Sydney will lead the DevOps for EPIWATCH, integrating NLP, LLM development and pathogen genomics into the system. Robust coding, cloud deployment, and experience with GPT-4 or GPT-5–style models are essential, with hands-on work on EVO2 DNA models and LLMs across reports and digests.
