Job Description

Breakthru, part of the Royal Rehab Group, is seeking a Senior Support Worker for the Family Mental Health Support Service (FMHSS). You will deliver personalised one-on-one support to children and young people and work in homes, schools, offices, or via Telehealth to promote mental health and safety.

Essential criteria include a valid criminal record check, Working with Children check, and NDIS Worker screening.
