You will play a vital role ensuring medical kits containing implants, tools and equipment are prepared and dispatched accurately, contributing directly to patients’ surgical outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Pick, patch and dispatch loan kits efficiently and accurately to meet customer needs
- Ensure kits are delivered in‑full and on‑time
- Maintain accurate records in our system of all dispatch and returns
- Conduct quality checks on returned kits
- Liaise with hospital staff, sales representatives and customer service personnel
Qualifications
- Full working rights in Australia and access to a car with a driver’s license
