Redstone Recruitment is seeking a Clinical Education Lead to shape workforce capability across Sydney’s aged care homes. You will drive clinical training, compliance, and staff development with autonomy and strategic input, reporting directly to the Head of People.

You’ll design and implement training plans, manage schedules, and guide site leaders on governance and risks, while coordinating mandatory modules via the LMS. This permanent full-time role involves local travel and solid leadership.
