OCU ANZ is seeking a Head of HR Business Partnering & Integration to partner with senior leaders across four businesses in Australia and New Zealand. The role leads the HR Partnering function, drives workforce strategy, and oversees integration workstreams for acquisitions with a focus on cultural alignment and continuity.
You'll report to the ANZ Chief People Officer and shape organisation design, remuneration frameworks and employment practices in a growth-driven setting.
