We are currently recruiting for aWarehouse Leading Handto join a well-established and growing manufacturing business. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced production workplace and supporting team performance on the floor. This role offers a stableday shift roster, strong team culture and the opportunity to contribute to operational improvement and safety outcomes.

- Permanent, full-time opportunity

- Monday to Thursday, 6:00am to 4:00pm (long weekends every week)

- Supportive leadership team and established manufacturing operation
n

Key responsibilities

n

n
- Support daily production activities and coordinate workflow on the floor
n
- Provide hands-on leadership and guidance to production staff
n




- Ensure adherence to safety, quality and operational procedures
n
- Assist with inventory movement and material handling
n
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and team performance
n

n

About you

n

n
- Previous experience in a Leading Hand, Team Leader or Senior Operator role within manufacturing
n
- Current forklift licence – essential
n
- Strong safety awareness and commitment to quality standards
n
- Reliable, proactive and able to lead by example on the production floor
n
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
n
