Empire Hospitality is seeking experienced Housekeeping Coordinators to support operations within one of Perth’s leading 5‑star luxury hotels. If you thrive in fast‑paced environments, love keeping systems running smoothly, and enjoy being the central link between housekeeping, front office, and hotel leadership — this role is your next step.

About the Role

As a Housekeeping Coordinator, you’ll manage daily room allocations, update PMS systems, track productivity, communicate with hotel departments, and ensure the housekeeping team operates efficiently and professionally. You’ll be the “nerve centre” of the department — keeping everything moving, organised, and on time.

Full‑Time and Part‑Time positions are available. This role is paid under the Hospitality Industry (General) Award (HIGA) at Grade 3 or Grade 4, depending on experience, capability, and operational requirements.

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a busy hotel environment
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confidence using hotel systems and PMS platforms




- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Professional grooming and reliability
- Valid Australian work rights
