The opportunity

We're looking for an Operations Manager to lead our fabrication and warehouse operations in Canning Vale.

Working closely with our GM, you'll lead approximately 25 people across:

- Fittings fabrication

- Product assembly

- Stores

- Despatch

- Technical support





You'll be responsible for building strong teams, developing people, maintaining high operational standards and making sure the operation performs at its best.

You'll also become part of our close-knit management team that are involved in the major decisions that shape the business. We challenge each other, learn from each other and have built genuine friendships along the way.

It's a level of involvement and influence you don't always get in an Operations Manager role.

Who we're looking for

Air conditioning industry experience isn't essential.

What’s important is the ability to develop, nurture and care for high-performing people while still having the drive, discipline and strength to achieve excellent standards.

You'll probably be someone who:

- Enjoys leading and developing people

- Builds trust and earns respect

- Is comfortable on the floor as well as around the management table

- Takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do

- Sets high standards and follows through

- Can make difficult decisions when they're needed

- Likes working in an informal, fast-moving environment

- Enjoys being involved in key decisions and making a genuine contribution to the business
