- Proven track record in a similar position with a solid trade base

- Professional attitude

- Excellent organisational and time management sills

- Sound problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills

- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining an eye for detail

- Sound IT skills including use of ClickHome software
