Job Opportunity: Experienced Plant Operators Needed

GMF Contractors are looking for experienced Final Trim Operators, reliable Labourers, as well as operators looking to step up and be trained across our civil construction, commercial, and residential developments.

Positions Available:

- Bobcat Operators (Posi -track and wheeled machines)

- Loader Operators

- Watercart and Roller/Moxy Operators/Labourers (all-rounders — some positions labourer-only, no watercart required)

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate machinery on civil construction sites, as well as commercial and residential developments

- Maintain a strong commitment to safety standards

- Collaborate effectively within a team to achieve project goals and targets

- Communicate clearly and work well in a team environment

What We're Looking For:

For Final Trim Operators:

- Proven ability to final trim

- GPS experience preferred

- Can work unsupervised

- Valid white card and operator tickets

For Developing Operators:

- 1–3+ years operating experience

- Keen to learn and step up

- Good attitude and reliability (this is key)

- Valid white card and operator tickets

- All successful candidates will be required to pass a medical examination and mandatory drug & alcohol screening.
