Federation University Australia in Ballarat is seeking a Senior Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor to champion a positive culture and uphold governance across campuses. The role guides leaders, safety teams and governance committees in risk management, assurance and continuous improvement.

Reporting to the Head of Health, Safety and Wellbeing, you will provide expert OHS advice, support HSITs/HSCTs, analyse trends, and strengthen governance through evidence and escalation processes.
