EVT’s Esplanade Hotel Fremantle by Rydges is seeking an experienced Assistant Outlets Manager to lead the hotel’s F&B; outlets, including Atrium Garden Restaurant, Ball & Chain, Marine Lounge Bar, Poolside Bar, Minibar and Room Service. This hands-on role focuses on daily operations, guest experience and cost control.

You will supervise staff, manage rosters, support budgets, and drive revenue through upselling and promotions while complying with RSA, food safety and WHS requirements.
