We are a family business based in the Inner West of Sydney; we have been operating for around 25 years servicing clients around Sydney.

Currently, we are seeking a part-time bookkeeper to expand our accounts team - the role will be focused strictly on the accounts and will not be affiliated with any funeral servicing.

n

The candidate we are seeking must have full working rights in Australia, preferably with experience of 2+ years in a bookkeeping role (or similar) & outstanding communication skills as you will be working within a team.

- Process payroll
n
- Prepare group bas
n
- Assist with bas payments
n
- Prepare various bank reconciliations
n
- Prepare and manage accounts receivable
n
- Prepare and manage accounts payable
n
- Manage Xero accounts on a day-to-day basis
n
- Liaise with external tax accountants
n
- Prepare monthly budgets and prepare monthly reports to directors
n
- Prepare ad hoc duties as required by directors
