Job Description

Minor Hotels, Oaks Port Douglas Resort, is seeking a hands-on Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead dinner service across our restaurant and events operations. You will oversee conferences, weddings, and functions, develop the team, and ensure guest experiences meet brand standards.

Successful candidates will have prior F&B; supervisory experience in hospitality, RSA certification, and the ability to manage rostering, stock control, and peak-period service with a calm, proactive leadership style.
