We are currently seeking Diploma and Cert III Educators who are passionate about early childhood education and care and has experience within the sector.

As an Educator your role will entail:

n

n
- Building solid relationships with the children and their families
n
- Applying your pedagogical knowledge and expertise to ensure the individual needs of all children are met
n
- Assisting with observing, documenting, interpreting and evaluating the children's progress
n
- Keeping informed about the NQF, NQS and the current National Regulations plus current thinking, research and practice while implementing the EYLF
n




- Assisting with the planning and programming of an outstanding educational program for our children
n
- Complying with the relevant government regulations
n
- Meet and exceed the individual needs of each child in all areas of their development
n
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
n
- Create a supportive, stimulating and secure learning environment for the children.
n

n

Skills and experience you will need:

n

n
- Certificate III or Diploma Qualification
n
- Passion for Early Childhood Education and Care
n
- Skills to lead other educators, motivating them to excel as you deliver care and educational programs
n
- A strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
n
- Current First Aid and CPR Training
n
- Child Protection Certificate
n
- Hold a current Working with Children Check
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
