The Meat & Wine Co Canberra arelooking for experienced and dedicated Wait Staff to become part of their professional and hard-working team.

The successful applicants will have:

n

n
- Enthusiasm and passion to provide exceptional customer service
n
- Previous A La Carterestaurant experience which must include 3 plate carry, tray service and handling large volumes of tables 2-3 years experience
n
- Experience in POS ordering systems andcash handling
n
- A good understanding of wine, its service and recommendations to guests
n
- steak knowledge preferred
n
- A current RSA
n
- Willingness to undergo our specified training program
n
- Positive and clear communication skills to interact with guests and team members
n
- experience working in similar fast paced environment
n
- own transportation - able to stay past 11pm, if needed
n
- Previous Hospitality Experience - minimum up to 3 years if possible, steak house preferred
n




- Availability to work Monday to Sunday, must be able to work lunch shifts and double shifts. Mostly need Monday - Friday availability
n
- Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays
n
- degree in hospitality and want progression preferred.
