We are seeking a dedicated and passionate EnglishTeacher to join our Secondary School teamin a permanent, full-timeposition commencing 12 October 2026, the start ofTerm 4. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality,Gospel-inspired education that nurtures students academically,spiritually, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities Include:
n
n
- Deliver English courses in line with SCSA standards,Department of Education WA requirements, and NationalProfessional Standards for Teachers, while applying effectiveclassroom management to create a positive learningenvironment.
n
- Design and deliver engaging lessons that promote literacy,critical thinking, and a love of literature, tailoring teachingstrategies to diverse learning styles and abilities.
n
- Collaborate on Curriculum Adjustment Plans (CAPs) andIndividual Learning Profiles (ILPs) to support inclusiveeducation.
n
- Maintain accurate student records, use formative andsummative assessments to guide instruction, provideevidence-based feedback, and complete reports and TASS entrieson time.
n
- Support students' wellbeing and model Christian characterwhile fostering a safe, inclusive learning workplace.
n
- Collaborate with staff,
demonstrate effective use oftechnology, and actively participate in school events andCollege life.
n

Essential Selection Criteria:
n
n
- Demonstrate a committed Christian faith by activelysupporting the College's Christian life and aligning with theAssociation's Statement of Faith, Christian LifestyleStatement, and educational objectives.
n
- Actively support and contribute to the Christian ethos andcommunity of the College.
n
- Deliver engaging English programs aligned to the WesternAustralian Curriculum, fostering literacy, critical thinkingand a love of learning.
n
- Differentiate teaching and learning to meet the diverseneeds of students and maximise achievement.
n
- Create positive, well-managed classrooms and use effectiveassessment and feedback practices to support studentgrowth.
n
- Current Teacher Registration Board of Western Australia(TRBWA) registration and a valid Working with Children Check(WWCC) or willingness to apply.
