About the role

n

We're seeking an experiencedFood manufacturing Team Leaderto join our team. You'll be responsible for leading a team on our pastry and packaging lines, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met.

n

This is a high-impact role suited to someone who enjoys leading from the front and driving team performance.

n

Key responsibilities

n

n
- Lead, coach and support a team to achieve daily and weekly production targets
n
- Maximise line efficiency and minimise downtime
n
- Troubleshoot production and machinery issues and escalates when required
n
- Maintain accurate production records and reporting
n
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and WHS standards
n
- Promote a safe, clean,



and high-performing work environment
n

What we're looking for

n

n
- Minimum 2 years' leadership experience in food manufacturing or processing
n
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with effective communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Solid understanding of HACCP, GMP, and WHS requirements
n
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
n
- Proficient in using production equipment and data tracking systems
n
- A passion for delivering high-quality products and a keen eye for detail
n
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
n
