About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Facilities Manager, will be a key member of the Facilities team, responsible for a portfolio of buildings across Bankstown & Camden Airports. This is a traditional Owner side FM role with the difference being the quality of people and the nimble nature of the organisation.

Working closely with Property, Asset Management, Aviation Operations, Finance, and Infrastructure teams, you will manage building, statutory compliance, contractor performance, and tenant relationships – all within a uniquely regulated aviation environment.

Key Responsibilities

Facilities Management

- Deliver best-practice Hard & Soft Facilities Management services ensuring safe, compliant, & cost-effective outcomes across building and open space assets at both airports
- Gain whole of life cycle FM experience and training from experts
- Your tenant,



contractor & stakeholder management expertise will be highly prized.

What You’ll Bring

- Experience in a similar facilities management role with a focus on large format building assets such as Industrial warehouses, 3PL and Big Box retail facilities ideally
- Knowledge of statutory compliance obligations including AFSS, WHS legislation, and relevant Australian Standards
- Strong communication skills with Intermediate MS Office skills
- Class C Driver’s Licence
- Experience with CMMS or property customer service request systems
