CEVA Logistics Australia is recruiting an experienced Operations Manager to lead warehouse operations at our Berrinba, QLD site. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will oversee a multi-customer contract workplace and a large frontline team to deliver safe, efficient and high-performing outcomes.
You will manage labour, resources and budgets, drive KPI performance, cycle counts and inventory accuracy, and foster strong customer relationships.
