Job Description

Opal Cove Resort in Coffs Harbour (NSW North Coast) is seeking a passionate Sous Chef for a full time role. You will support the Head Chef, lead the kitchen in their absence and help deliver high-quality plates that delight our guests in a busy, family-friendly resort with an ala carte restaurant, brasserie and large function centre.
