We are growing our Horticultural Division and are seeking experienced Horticulturists and Skilled Gardeners who share our commitment to excellence and are ready to roll up their sleeves in high-end residential gardens across Sydney, including the Inner West, Eastern Suburbs, and Northern Beaches.

The role

n

Work in small, supported teams (2–3 people) on a diverse portfolio of established, beautifully designed gardens. Your day-to-day work will include:

- Planting and garden establishment
n
- Pruning, shaping, and detailed horticultural care
n
- Lawn care, fertilising, and soil management
n
- Pest and disease identification and treatment
n
- General garden maintenance with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail
n

n

About you

n

We are looking for people who take pride in their craft, show initiative, and consistently deliver high standards. Ideally, you have:





n

n
- Certificate III in Horticulture or 1–2 years of hands-on industry experience
n
- Strong plant knowledge, including pests and diseases
n
- Confidence using tools and equipment (including ladders)
n
- Moderate physical fitness for outdoor and ladder work
n
- Current driver's licence (own vehicle preferred)
n
- A reliable, positive attitude and a robust work ethic
n
- Enjoyment of outdoor work in all weather
n
- Sponsorship is available for the right candidate with appropriate work rights
n
