Assistant Brand Manager – Marketing

Join our Marketing team as an Assistant Brand Manager and help drive growth across Australia's leading dairy brands – Devondale, Liddells and Great Ocean Road.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Support the development and execution of annual brand and growth plans.
n
- Analyse brand, category and market performance to identify opportunities and inform recommendations.
n
- Contribute to key strategic initiatives, business cases and innovation projects.
n
- Build strong cross‐functional relationships to deliver commercial and brand objectives.
n
- Lead the development and launch of innovation and product initiatives.
n
- Deliver shopper marketing and customer activation programmes across key retail partners.
n
- Manage budgets, forecasting and reporting to maximise return on investment.
n
- Support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns and measure performance outcomes.
n

Qualifications

n

n
- Previous FMCG marketing experience within a branded consumer goods environment.
n




- Strong understanding of the Australian grocery retail landscape and customer channels.
n
- Demonstrated experience supporting innovation, brand growth and shopper marketing initiatives.
n
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse data, identify opportunities and make recommendations.
n
- Confidence working with budgets, forecasting and performance reporting.
n
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions.
n
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment.
