Customer Experience & Front of House - Cafe

At The Burrow, our team is the essence of who we are.

Located inside the South Sydney Rabbitohs Centre, we serve players, staff and locals who have made us their local cafe.

n

We're looking for an experienced customer service person to join our team. Internally, we call this role an Experience Creator, because the job is about much more than operating a till.

n

You'll welcome customers, take accurate orders, learn names and regular orders, keep service moving when it's busy and help create the kind of experience that brings people back.

About you

n

n
- 1+ years' customer-facing hospitality experience
n
- Confident and accurate using a POS/till
n
- Naturally comfortable talking with customers
n
- Calm, organised and fast during busy service
n
- Reliable and takes ownership of their role
n
- Proud of high service standards
n
- Happy to deliver orders,



clear tables and help the team
n
- Looking for stability and long-term development
n
