L3Harris in Eight Mile Plains, Brisbane, is seeking an experienced RF Electronics Engineer to design and deliver RF circuits, modules and systems for defence applications. You will join a high‑calibre RF team solving complex design challenges with contemporary tools.

The role requires a degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, 6+ years in RF, eligibility for RPEQ, hands‑on RF test experience, and proficiency with RF simulation tools (CST, Microwave Office, MATLAB, Python).
