We specialise in delivering comprehensive and tailored solutions for the mining industry. Our team manages and executes large-scale capital projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety and leave a lasting positive legacy in the communities we engage with.

What You’ll Do

- Leading and coordinating electrical engineering teams across multiple projects.
- Providing oversight of project deliverables, schedules, budgets and resource planning.
- Ensuring quality, consistency and on-time delivery of engineering outputs.
- Working closely with Project Managers to identify and manage project risks and opportunities.




- Mentoring and developing engineers at various stages of their careers.
- Building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Supporting bids, proposals and project planning activities.
- Contributing to the ongoing growth and capability of the Adelaide Mining team.

About You

- Extensive experience delivering electrical engineering projects within mining, resources or heavy industry.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing engineering deliverables.
- Strong understanding of project execution, resourcing and multidisciplinary coordination.
- The ability to balance technical requirements with commercial and delivery objectives.
- Proven experience working directly with clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, leadership and mentoring skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering, with eligibility for qualified accreditation.
