Laing O’Rourke is seeking a HOTO & Completions Manager to join the AUKUS team delivering the NPSCY project in Osborne, SA. You will lead completions, defect management and handover readiness across the program, ensuring QMS alignment with AS/NZS ISO 9001 and client requirements.
You will influence senior stakeholders in a regulated asset-owner workplace, bringing 10–15 years of construction or major infrastructure experience and relevant degree credentials.
