Responsibilities

- Reliability Oversight: Ensure the unwavering performance and efficiency of core infrastructure, establishing reliability standards and recovery SOPs.
n
- Technical Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve technical issues, conduct bottleneck analyses, and orchestrate enhancements to the system's high-availability architecture.
n
- Efficiency Mastery: Develop automated operation solutions for large‐scale systems, collaborating closely with system development teams to facilitate seamless iteration.
n
- Cost Optimization: Manage the intricacies of millions of CPUs by implementing delivery standards, monitoring systems, and strategizing budgets for cost optimization.

Qualifications

n

Minimum Qualifications

n

n
- Completing or having recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
n
- Solid basic knowledge of computer software,



understanding of the Linux OS, storage, network IO and related principles.
n
- Familiarity with one or more programming languages such as Python, Go, Java, with knowledge of design patterns and coding principles.
n
- At least one coding experience in C, C++, Java, Go, or Python.
n
- Commitment to an onboarding date by the end of 2027.
n

Preferred Qualifications

n

n
- Experience with computing and big data, Kubernetes, Docker/Containers, AIops, Spark, Flink, Function as a Service, RPC Framework, and Service Mesh.
n

n
