You will guide staff, coordinate daily operations and ensure safe, welcoming experiences for the community. Week includes at least two Duty Manager shifts and supervisory, admin and operational duties.
You will work with the Leadership Team to maintain safety, operational and customer service standards and help manage bookings and budgets.
