What You'll Bring

n

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Barista in a busy café.

n

Ability to produce approximately 4kg of coffee per shift/day while maintaining quality and consistency.

n

Robust latte art and excellent knowledge of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and workflow.

n

Experience preparing a full range of iced beverages, frappes, smoothies, milkshakes, and specialty drinks.

n

Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy breakfast and lunch services.

n

Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude.

n

Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
