Uniting headspace Primary Care in Mount Druitt and across four sites seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, drive service delivery for youth mental health, and lead a cooperative multidisciplinary team.

This full-time role reports to the General Manager of Mental Health & Wellbeing, involves regular travel between Mount Druitt, Penrith, Hawkesbury (Richmond) and Katoomba, and aims to enhance quality and recovery-oriented care.
