As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Coordinator to join our friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems and helping projects come to life.

What you'll be doing

n

As our Sales Coordinator, you'll play an important role in our customer journey by:

n

n
- Responding promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, website and social media.
n
- Following up sales leads generated by the Marketing team.
n
- Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products and solutions.
n
- Preparing quotations and following up outstanding quotes.
n
- Converting enquiries into confirmed sales and showroom appointments.
n
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system.
n
- Coordinating with the Sales, Marketing and Installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
n
- Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
n
- Supporting marketing activities by collecting customer feedback, project photos and testimonials.
n




- Assisting with general sales administration as required.
n

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who is:

n

n
- Excellent in spoken and written English.
n
- Experienced in sales, customer service or sales administration (preferred).
n
- A strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
n
- Proactive and confident in following up leads and converting enquiries into sales.
n
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
n
- Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively and stay organised in a fast-paced environment.
n
- Able to take ownership of tasks and follow them through to completion.
n
- Honest, reliable and responsible, with a robust work ethic.
n
- Positive, self-motivated and willing to learn.
n
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an advantage.
n
- Looking for a long-term opportunity and keen to grow with the company.
n
- Legally entitled to work in Australia.
