About the role

You’resomeone who:
- Builds strong partnerships through collaboration, engaging stakeholders and experts to understand needs, co-design solutions and achieve timely decisions.
- Delivers projects effectively, coordinating activities, monitoring progress and taking action to keep work on track and achieve agreed outcomes.
- Applies strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, considering broader business needs and developing practical solutions that address recurring issues.
- Communicates clearly and with impact, tailoring messages and presentations to different audiences and connecting work to strategic and community outcomes.
- Is adaptable and outcomes-focused, responding quickly to changing priorities while maintaining a clear focus on organisational goals and community benefits.
Qualifications and experience
You’llbring:
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship management, including building trust and securing buy-in from senior and operational stakeholders (mandatory).
- Relevant tertiary and/or industry qualifications with 3–5 years’ experience, and knowledge of spatial data, custodianship,
government data supply and licensing frameworks.
- Experience in transformation or program delivery, with solid written communication, knowledge management and documentation skills, and an understanding of change management and supporting stakeholders through transition.
