About the Role

Azooa is preparing a response for RFQ 80021-10 – Defence Capability System – Learning and Development Provider and is seeking suitably qualified contractors for this prospect.

Responsibilities

- Develop learning and development solutions supporting the Defence capability workforce
- Design an integrated capability education and professionalisation program
- Facilitate, stream, record and produce learning content for later viewing
- Translate Defence Capability System reforms into practical and accessible learning products
- Lead and support stakeholder consultation
- Work autonomously and within an integrated team environment
- Develop and deliver an education program with measurable outcomes
- Develop capability-related content and guidance materials
- Manage delivery risks including complex source material, stakeholder alignment, product quality and long-term usability
- Provide monthly performance reporting to DCCI
- Maintain accountability for accuracy, completeness, quality and security compliance of deliverables.

Qualifications

- Minimum NV1 Australian Government security clearance
- At least 5 years’ experience delivering Learning and Development suites, preferably as the lead
- Experience developing L&D; solutions supporting capability workforces
- Experience facilitating, streaming, recording and producing recorded learning content
- Understanding of, and experience in, Defence capability development and management
- Ability to lead and support stakeholder consultation
- Capacity to work autonomously and within a team




- Ability to develop and deliver an integrated education program with measurable outcomes.

Pay range and compensation package

- Azooa recommended maximum PAYG rate: $148/hour including super
- Azooa recommended maximum Pty Ltd rate: $150/hour + GST
- Azooa recommended value-for-money PAYG target: approximately $128/hour including super
- Azooa recommended value-for-money Pty Ltd target: approximately $130/hour + GST
